Tina Table Square - €179.95
Darla Round Table - €289.95

The Darla Bar Cart is simple and sophisticated. The wheels make it an ideal candidate for racing out to soak up the sun or to serve guests at a gathering. The three shelves are perfect for organising your display with your ingredients, glasses and serving tools. Once you’ve set up your drinks display on the Darla, it’s mobile and easy to manoeuvre which saves you having to carry drinks or risk of wobbling and spillage – waste not want not!

Alternatively, if you love the style of the Darla Bar Cart but have determined a staple location for your drinks to be located all year round, the Darla Round Table or Darla Side Table are both beautiful options which add elegance to any room.

The Tina Round Tables have a gold finish and have 2 mirror top surfaces for displaying your items on, the legs are splayed to give it an extra classy look, there is also ornate handles at the top to lift off, giving you a handy tray. The double layers add immensely to the bar cart layout, place your drinks on the bottom and glasses on the top layer to simplify serving and you’re good to go!

Watermelon MartinisRed Wine SangriaLemonade

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

5 cups watermelon, seeds removed

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/4 cups vodka

2 oz melon liqueur, optional

8 lemon twists, for garnish

Ingredients

2 bottles red Spanish table wine

1 cup brandy
1/2 cup triple sec
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup simple syrup, or more to taste (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, cool)
Orange slices
Apple slices
Blackberries
Pomegranate seeds

Ingredients

2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 cup sugar

1 gallon cold water, or to taste

Fresh mint leaves

1 orange, segmented

Bring the sugar and water to the boil in a small saucepan and cook until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let cool.

In a food processor, puree the watermelon flesh. Add a little of the simple syrup to sweeten to taste. Pour the pureed watermelon into 2 empty ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4 hours.

In a blender combine the frozen watermelon cubes, more simple syrup, to taste, lemon juice and vodka, melon liqueur and blend until smooth. Pour into 8 frozen martini glasses and garnish with a lemon twist.

Mix all ingredients together and let stand in a tightly sealed container or pitcher for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator before serving. In a large pitcher, whisk the lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add the water to taste.

Fill 2 ice-cube trays with the lemonade and place a mint leaf and a piece of cut up orange segment in each compartment.

Reserve the rest in the refrigerator. When frozen, turn them into a frozen bowl or an ice sculpture and place on a buffet with the pitcher of lemonade beside them to serve over the ice cubes.
