Bachelorette Pad for the Modern Woman

by Aoife Ní Dhonghaile

Congratulations! You’ve managed to snag yourself a den and safe haven all of your own! Now it’s time to take it to the next level and create the ultimate Bachelorette Pad for yourself. We’ve outlined some of our top guidelines for tackling the project head on and turning your dream apartment into a reality. The most important thing that your Bachelorette Pad should be bringing to you is joy. So buckle up and knuckle down to get organized but mainly; Enjoy!

1. Choose one room to focus on when starting to plan

It can be easier to tackle a large project such as designing your home by dividing the plans into sections and focusing your energies on one room at a time. This can be particularly useful when commencing the plans. For the purposes of this blog we’ve chosen to focus on the Living Room. We’ve chosen the living room as it is often the room most used and therefore can set the tone of the Bachelorette Pad for you and any visitors you may have calling.

2. Color Scheme and Tone

Your home should be an extension of your personality and taste. Bear this in mind when you’re thinking of the colour scheme you want. The colours you choose will also have a huge impact on the tone of the apartment. Whether you want the tone of your Bachelorette Pad to be ultra-glam, homely and warm, boho or coastal, choose which ever theme makes you feel most comfortable and most at home and roll with that.

Here are some looks we adore; whether you prefer monochrome colour schemes, more boho chic or double toned looks e.g. Grey & Mustard / Gold (trend of the season), these looks will inspire you in creating your bachelorette pad and hopefully spark some ideas of how to make the look your own.
