The Genesis/Mindy Brownes group are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and focused Sales Manager to join our dedicated team. The overall aim of the role is to ensure that the Genesis and Mindy Brownes ranges are made readily available both in the domestic and foreign markets. 

The successful applicant will direct the sales team's focus, set goals, analyse data, motivate and focus on creating new business opportunities both on a national and international platform. 


  • To analyse domestic and foreign markets, developing relationships with a potential customer base 
  • To identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries 
  • To ensure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing new customer base 
  • To lead the development and implementation of critical online sales – with major external platforms as well as internal platform 
  • To work with the senior management team to implement national and international sales programs by developing field sales action plans 
  • To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products 
  • To liaise with marketing & merchandising team to improve marketing efforts impacting on overall sales performance 
  • To maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors 
  • To work with the senior management team to establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand 
  • To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 
  • To achieve monthly and quarterly targets 
  • To manage full sales cycle B2B 
  • To prepare presentations and sales reports for client visits and internal meetings 



  • Proven track record in a sales environment with strong sales management experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to run a busy team and achieve targets 
  • Motivated self-starter who is able to work on own initiative 
  • Portrays a professional image at all times 
  • Foreign languages not essential but would be an advantage 
  • Understands the importance of delivering a first-class customer service experience, and possess the willingness to go that extra mile to achieve company’s goals and objectives 
  • A full, clean driving license
